Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with members
  • Handle bookings & phone enquiries
  • Assist in formulating the centre and front desk policy and/or other ad hoc project
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years customer-service experience
  • Proficiency in English & Chinese
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, service-minded and details-oriented
  • Pleasant personality with passion to join a dynamic working environment
  • Hands-on PC skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Able to work on night shifts and holidays
